3619 Eastham is centrally located in Culver City, CA and provides a private, professional facility for shoots, castings or special events. Designed by a photographer, 3619 Eastham is an environment conducive to work and creativity. It is a unique space that is perfect for both still and video, as well as meetings or events. For the photographer or videographers, equipment packages and prop rentals are available.
Rates
Photo & Video
All rates are based on a 10 hour day from load in to load out.
Day rate still photography: $750
Day rate video: $900
Day rate filming: $2500
Prop rental: $250 (includes full use of prop room during shoot day)
Events
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $500 -refundable

Payment is due upon completion of the shoot or event.
Event rental* : $2500 for 10 hours (including set-up and tear-down)
*due to fire code, events are limited to 75 people or less unless special arrangements are made.
