Event rental* : $2500 for 10 hours (including set-up and tear-down)
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: $500
Comfortably holds 75 people
75+ will require additional permits from Culver City
50% deposit is due at time of booking
*due to fire code, events are limited to 75 people or less unless special arrangements are made and permits are obtained.
